“These statements are deceptive, derogatory, indecent, unparliamentary, undignified and incriminatory in nature to the dignity of the Home and Hon’ble Prime Minister being a Member of Lok Sabha,” he stated.
“Rahul Gandhi… has not submitted any duly authenticated doc for supporting his statements. As such, he has made an announcement which quantities to deceptive of the Home within the absence of any documentary proof,” Dubey wrote.
Dubey said that Gandhi’s conduct was in clear violation of the privileges of the Home and its members, moreover being a transparent case of contempt of the Home.
