New Delhi: A person in Hyderabad killed his 17-year-old step-daughter after she was discovered speaking to somebody over the cellphone at evening, information company IANS reported.
The person, recognized as Mohammed Sadiq, discovered his step-daughter Yasmeen Unnisa chatting with somebody over the cellphone round 1 am on Saturday. Infuriated by it, he strangulated the teenager and later went to the police station and surrendered.
The incident passed off at Bakaram beneath the bounds of Musheerabad.
In accordance with police, the accused stated that his daughter was engaged on cell phone until late within the evening, and regardless of his warnings, she refused to fix her approach.
On Saturday evening, when he discovered her over the cellphone, he scolded her and in a match of rage, throttled her to dying.
In accordance with Musheerabad Police Inspector Jahangeer Yadav, Mohammed Taufiq, a resident of Bakaram in Musheerabad, Hyderabad, observed his step-daughter talking over the cellphone at round 1 am on Saturday. He instantly snatched away her cellphone and requested Yasmin to unlock her cellphone. When she refused, it led to a quarrel, and he strangulated her.
Yasmeen was alone on the home when the incident passed off. Her mom Raheem Unnisa is alleged to be employed overseas.
Notably, Yasmeen was one of many two daughters of Raheem Unnisa from her first husband. After his dying, she married Sadiq and later went to Dubai for a job.
Police have registered a case and investigation on the matter is underway.
Earlier in November, a person killed his 22-year-old daughter, packer her physique is a suitcase and left it at Yamuna Expressway.
