New Delhi: Amid escalating tensions between Russia and Ukraine, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a high-level assembly with senior officers. The assembly was attended by International Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, International Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla amongst others.
