New Delhi: After fixing the seat-sharing system with allies, Samajwadi Occasion (SP) on Monday launched an inventory of 159 candidates for the upcoming UP meeting polls 2022.
Within the newest checklist launched, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav’s identify options prominently as he will likely be contesting from the Karhal meeting seat. Earlier, SP and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) introduced their checklist of candidates for the UP meeting election 2022. SP-RLD alliance launched two lists with 36 candidates’ names.
Within the first checklist, the names of 29 candidates (10 SP and 19 RLD) had been introduced on January 13. Within the second checklist, 7 RLD candidates’ names had been made public on January 15.
Election for the 403-member UP meeting will likely be held in seven phases. The counting of votes will happen on March 10.
