We Should Do Trade With India, ‘Very Beneficial’: Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s Commerce Adviser

New Delhi: Pakistan Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce, Textile, Business and Manufacturing, and Funding Abdul Razak Dawood on Sunday mentioned that commerce with India is the necessity of the hour for Pakistan.

Dawood was addressing the reporters in Lahore the place he mentioned “commerce with India could be very helpful to all, particularly Pakistan. And I help it” as reported by Pakistan each day The Daybreak

He was interacting with the media at an exhibition on engineering and healthcare organised by the Commerce Improvement Authority of Pakistan.

Whereas speaking to reporters, Abdul Razak Dawood mentioned, “So far as the ministry of commerce is worried, its place is to do commerce with India. And my stance is that we must always do commerce with India and it needs to be opened now.”

In line with The Daybreak, he additionally added that Russia is eager on investing within the discipline of building and laying pipelines in Pakistan.

He emphasised that Pakistan’s export to Russia and different bordering international locations wants rapid consideration and progress. “So we have to open this commerce. And that’s the reason we’re going there,” he added.

Dawood’s assertion got here when the folks of Pakistan are dealing with the implications of inflation within the nation the place the costs are skyrocketing. 

Addressing the difficulty of inflation he mentioned, “I agree with you on this situation. However this situation will persist as a consequence of imports of oil, uncooked materials, equipment, and different items.”
